Effective leadership unifies individual efforts towards a common goal. Effective communication is the tool used by the leader to unify individual efforts. Effective communication conveys the conviction of the leader towards the cause and his knowledge in that matter. Often communication is seen as an indicator of one’s competency. A leader’s effective communication increases the team’s trust in him and his ability, laying the foundations for effective teamwork towards a common goal.
